Lively Living is an independent home designed to provide comfortable shared living spaces where residents can live independently while enjoying a welcoming community environment.
What does independent living mean?
Residents are expected to manage their personal affairs, care for their personal belongings and living space, and follow the terms of their rental agreement.

What types of rooms are available?
Lively Living offers shared living arrangements with private resident spaces and comfortable common areas. Availability may vary.
What shared spaces are available?
Residents have access to a comfortable common living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, shared bathroom, and laundry room.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. Residents are responsible for providing their own food.
Amenities & Rent
How much does it cost to live at Lively Living?
The monthly rent is $850 per month.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Wi-Fi is included.
Is there a shower and heater?
Yes. The home includes a shower and heater.
Are toilet paper and soap provided?
Yes. Toilet paper and soap are supplied by the property owner.
Is the home close to a grocery store?
Yes. Lively Living is conveniently located close to a grocery store.
Application
How do I apply?
Start by providing your basic information, including your name, phone number, and email address. An application form will then be sent to you.
What happens after I submit my application?
After completing the application, you'll be directed to schedule a time to speak with someone from the Lively Living team.
Will I speak with someone before moving in?
Yes. A member of the team will speak with you about the next steps.
When do I receive the leasing agreement?
After the application and conversation with the team, a leasing agreement will be sent to you as the next step in the process.

Yes. Lively Living has community guidelines designed to protect everyone's safety, privacy, comfort, and independence.
Can I have visitors?
Visitors are limited to pickup and drop-off only. Overnight visitors are not permitted.
Can I smoke or vape inside the home?
No. Smoking inside the home is prohibited. Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated areas, if applicable.
Are drugs allowed?
Illegal drugs and unlawful activities are prohibited.
Can I bring alcohol?
If alcohol is permitted, it must be used responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and community policy.
Are weapons allowed?
Weapons or dangerous items prohibited by law or the resident agreement are not permitted on the property.
What are the expectations for shared spaces?
Residents are expected to clean up after themselves, take reasonable care of shared spaces, and return shared items to their proper locations.
